Maria Carmen, an artisan empanada maker and founder of Galuriña, takes The Recipe Hunters seaweed hunting off the island of Creba or "Isla da Creba" in Galicia, Spain. We return to her kitchen where she teaches us how to make one of her signature algae empanadas, made with "mucho amor." The algae empanada is a traditional food of Galicia, Spain.
