CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIE RECIPE

Serves 8 People:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celcius and roast hazelnuts, cashews, and walnuts until golden brown

Chop nuts

In a large mixing bowl add the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and mix it with a hand beater until all the sugar is dissolves in the butter.

In a separate bowl, add the white flour, corn flour, oats, muesli, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, pinch of salt and mix with a wooden spoon.

Combine the two bowls together and mix.

Crack in the egg and mix until the entire dough is homogenous throughout.

Add the nuts, chocolate, and lemon extract and mix.

Line a flat baking tray with a baking paper

Form the dough into balls, 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the baking paper with at least one inch of space between each of them.

Bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown

1 Egg

1 Cup Muesli

1 Cup Oats

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Sodium Carbonate
